Curating experiences where conservation can be a part of your conversation
Join Dr. Wong Siew Te, founder of the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, and filmmaker Raymond Tan for a conversation exploring the powerful intersection of conservation and storytelling. Through insights from the film Itam, the discussion will reveal the realities faced by the world’s smallest bear, the Sun Bear, and the critical work being done to rescue, rehabilitate, and protect them in Borneo. Discover the story behind Itam, one of the sun bears whose journey reflects both the challenges of wildlife conservation and the resilience of these remarkable animals. The conversation will also offer a behind-the-scenes look at the filmmaking process and how documentary storytelling can bring hidden conservation stories to global audiences. Together, the speakers will explore how science, compassion, and storytelling can work hand in hand to inspire awareness and action for wildlife.
